Your order’s ETA is calculated based on location, processing time, and carrier efficiency. While we aim to meet all timelines, Packingsix is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs, or other external factors.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will be sent to your email. Please allow 3 – 4 business days for the tracking system to update.
You can also monitor the progress of your shipment via our Track Order page at any time.

Incorrect Address Policy

To ensure timely delivery, please provide accurate and complete address information at checkout.

• Orders with incorrect or incomplete addresses may be delayed.
• Packingsix is not responsible for items delivered to incorrect addresses or returned to sender.
• Returned items may be discarded by carriers or incur additional reshipping charges.
• We are not liable for lost or damaged packages if you request the carrier to reroute or forward your shipment after dispatch.

Shipping Restrictions

At this time, we do not ship to:

• APO/FPO/DPO military addresses
• U.S. Territories: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands
• International destinations (unless specified in product description)

• Photographs illustrating the problem (if applicable)
• Preference for a refund or replacement

Note: We are not responsible for errors such as incorrect spelling, grammatical mistakes, or issues arising from the original images provided by the customer. Please review your order carefully before finalizing your purchase.

Return Eligibility Criteria

• Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 180 days from the delivery date.
• Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
• Proof of Purchase: A valid sales receipt or order confirmation email is required.
• Exclusions: Customized or personalized items are non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Return Shipping Costs

• For items that are damaged or defective, we offer free return shipping.
• For all other returns, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
