1. What types of t-shirts do you sell?
We offer a wide range of premium-quality t-shirts including classic fits, oversized styles, graphic tees, and minimalist basics – all crafted from high-quality cotton and blended fabrics for superior comfort and durability.
2. What sizes do your t-shirts come in?
Our t-shirts are available in sizes S to 3XL. Each product page includes a detailed size guide to help you find the perfect fit.
3. How do I care for my t-shirt?
For best results, we recommend:
- Machine wash cold or warm (max 40°C/105°F)
- Use non-chlorine bleach if needed
- Tumble dry low
- Iron inside out on low to medium heat
- Do not dry clean
4. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We are working on expanding our shipping zones soon – stay tuned!
5. How much is the shipping fee?
We offer flat-rate shipping at $6.99 for all U.S. orders. Free shipping may apply during special promotions.
6. How long does shipping take?
Your order is typically produced within one business day and shipped via standard delivery, which takes 2-4 business days to arrive.
7. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
You can cancel or make changes within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, production begins and we can no longer make modifications. Contact support@packingsix.com as soon as possible.
8. What is your return and refund policy?
We accept returns and offer full refunds for unworn, unwashed items within 180 days of delivery. Please review our Refund Policy page for full details.
9. How do I start a return or exchange?
Email us at support@packingsix.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the next steps.
10. What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
We sincerely apologize! Please contact us immediately with a photo of the issue, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund right away.
