Order Cancellation Window
We offer a 12-hour cancellation window from the time your order is placed. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours by emailing support@packingsix.com with your order number and cancellation request.
After 12 hours, your order will enter production and can no longer be canceled or modified.
How to Cancel an Order
To cancel your order:
- Email us at support@packingsix.com within 12 hours.
- Include your order number and reason for cancellation.
- If eligible, we will confirm your cancellation and issue a full refund.
Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled
We cannot cancel or make changes to orders that:
- Are past the 12-hour cancellation window
- Are already in production or have shipped
- Include customized or personalized items
Please double-check your size, color, and shipping address before placing your order.
Refunds for Canceled Orders
If your cancellation request is received within the allowed timeframe, we will process a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
