- Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 5:00 PM (EST) will be processed on the next business day.

Your order’s ETA is calculated based on location, processing time, and carrier efficiency. While we aim to meet all timelines, Packingsix is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs, or other external factors.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will be sent to your email. Please allow 3 – 4 business days for the tracking system to update.
You can also monitor the progress of your shipment via our Track Order page at any time.
Incorrect Address Policy
To ensure timely delivery, please provide accurate and complete address information at checkout.
- Orders with incorrect or incomplete addresses may be delayed.
- Packingsix is not responsible for items delivered to incorrect addresses or returned to sender.
- Returned items may be discarded by carriers or incur additional reshipping charges.
- We are not liable for lost or damaged packages if you request the carrier to reroute or forward your shipment after dispatch.
Shipping Restrictions
At this time, we do not ship to:
- APO/FPO/DPO military addresses
- U.S. Territories: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands
- International destinations (unless specified in product description)
